Commission Plan

UP TO 30% of members' net losses.

Monthly commission rate (%) is determined based on the number of Total Member Nett Winloss and number of Total Active Player; whichever requirement to be fulfilled first. 

Affiliates will remain at the lower tier of the commission rate for the following month until successfully fulfilling both requirements needed to move on to the following tier. If any negative revenue for any given month will be carried forward to the next following month.

All affiliates are subjected to promotion bonus / rebate cost incurred during acquisition. The cost will be deducted from the revenue by the end of the month.

Example of calculation:

Positive Revenue

Total deposit amount= 220,488.00 NPR

Total withdraw amount = 70,000.000 NPR

Total win loss = 150,488.00 NPR
Member‘s bonus amount = 15,000.00 NPR


Commission = (Total deposit amount - Total withdraw amount - Total member’s bonus amount = Total win loss) x Commission rate %

Negative Revenue

Total deposit amount= 20,800.00 NPR

Total withdraw amount = 27,000.000 NPR

Member‘s bonus amount = 16,000.00 NPR

Total win loss = -22,200.00 NPR

Commission = (Total deposit amount - Total withdraw amount - Total member’s bonus amount = Total win loss) x Commission rate % (Carry forward to next month)

Bonuses referring to rebates and bonuses claimed by affiliate members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, rebates and other bonuses claimed by members.
